ด้วยกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ได้พัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการจัดทำเอกสารด้านวิเทศสัมพันธ์ (International Relations Document Supporting System – IRDSS) ขึ้น เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดทำเอกสารเกี่ยวกับการขอตรวจลงตรา การต่ออายุการตรวจลงตรา การออกใบอนุญาตการทำงาน  หนังสือรับรองฉบับภาษาอังกฤษประเภทต่าง ๆ จำนวน 25 แบบฟอร์ม เพื่อให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้ทั่วทั้งมหาวิทยาลัย ผ่านการ Login ด้วย  CMU Account โดยระบบดังกล่าวจะเป็นระบบที่อำนวยความสะดวกเกี่ยวกับวีซ่าและดูแลการตรวจลงตราหนังสือเดินทางของนักศึกษาและบุคลากรชาวต่างชาติในสังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่แบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่รับเข้าจนสำเร็จการศึกษา/ สิ้นสุดการทำงาน โดยจะมีการเชื่อมโยงกับระบบแจ้งเตือนวันหมดอายุวีซ่า (Visa Warning) การอำนวยความสะดวกในการตรวจลงตราที่สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง และช่วยให้ผู้ใช้สามารถสืบค้นและรายงานข้อมูลนักศึกษาและบุคลากรชาวต่างชาติในสังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ได้แบบ Real Time ดังนั้น เพื่อให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานด้านวิเทศสัมพันธ์และผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดทำเอกสารการขอตรวจ     ลงตรา การออกใบอนุญาตการทำงาน และหนังสือรับรองภาษาอังกฤษในสังกัดส่วนงานต่างๆ มีความเข้าใจและสามารถใช้ระบบ IRDSS ได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่โดยกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ จึงประสงค์ขอเชิญบุคลากรในสังกัดของท่านเข้ารับการอบรมการใช้ระบบ IRDSS ในวันจันทร์ที่  1 พฤศจิกายน 2564 ระหว่างเวลา 9.00 – 16.00 น. โดยแบ่งรอบเวลาในการอบรมออกเป็น 6 รอบ ๆ ละ 1 ชั่วโมง อนึ่ง มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ขอเรียนให้ทราบว่า ระบบ IRDSS จะเริ่มใช้งานอย่างเป็นทางการทั่วทั้งมหาวิทยาลัย ตั้งแต่วันศุกร์ที่ 5 พฤศจิกายน 2564  เป็นต้นไป  โดยกำหนดให้กองวิเทศสัมพันธ์เป็นผู้ออกหนังสือดังกล่าวผ่านระบบ IRDSS เท่านั้น และงดรับหนังสือการตรวจลงตรา หนังสือขอออกใบอนุญาตการทำงานและหนังสือรับรองอื่น ๆ ผ่านการจัดส่งด้วยเอกสาร เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามนโยบาย CMU Digital อย่างแท้จริง ตารางการฝึกอบรมระบบสนับสนุนการจัดทำเอกสารด้านวิเทศสัมพันธ์ (International Relations Document …
