CHUO : Call for exchange nomination Sep/Fall 2022

We are pleased to announce that we opened nominations for September/Fall 2022 enrollment to our exchange programwith the hope of a strong comeback for international student mobility on campus.If you are not a person in charge, please kindly forward this message to the person in charge.

2. How to Nominate?
If you have any nominee(s) , please provide us with information on your nominee student(s) via the link below by the deadline. Late nomination can not be considered.*Nomination Linkhttps://forms.office.com/r/5q5rz3qgvA*Nomination deadline 
Graduate program:  February 15, 2022
Undergraduate program: March 31, 2022

3. After Nomination?
Chuo International Center will provide the information on application procedures, ID & PW to log-in to online site to
the nominated students a few days before the application period starts.

4. How to Apply?
Only the online application will be required for the application.
The nominated students are required to fill in a form and upload all the application materials through the said online application siteduring the following period.
*Application period
 Graduate Program: March 1-15, 2022
 Undergraduate Program: April 1-15, 2022

As the application period is very limited, please make sure that your students carefully read the above fact sheet and prepare for the application process in advance.
5. Class Format in AY2022 at ChuoChuo announced to offer face-to-face classes in the next academic year 2022 starting April. 
Please find more details from here. For international students who can not enter Japan, consideration (for example online classes) will be given to avoid any disadvantages.
6.Border Control Measures as of  Jan 07,2022 At this moment, the government of Japan halts new entries from around the world and keeps suspending the issuing of student visas, unfortunately…Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan
