📢Call for Applications!

The Wakayama University, Japan, is accepting applications for undergraduate students to participate in the Spring 2027 Student Exchange Program, scheduled for either 1 semester (April 1 – September 30, 2027) or 1 academic year (April 1, 2027 – March 31, 2028)

✨Benefit

Participants will receive a TUITION FEE WAIVER💰

(Other related expenses should be covered by participants, such as visa fees, travel, living costs, accommodation, etc.)

👨🏻‍🎓Eligibility

• Must be an undergraduate student at Chiang Mai University

• Have completed at least 1 semester of study and not be in their final year

• Must maintain student status throughout the program

• Have a minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 3.00

• Must be studying in a field relevant to the department/faculty they wish to apply to.

• Must meet the language proficiency requirements set by the program/faculty (e.g., JLPT N2 or an IELTS score of 6.0).

• Must be in good physical and mental health and able to successfully complete the program.

• Must return to continue their studies at Chiang Mai University upon completion of the program.

• Application Form

• Official Academic Transcript

• Recommendation Letter

• Proof of Language Proficiency required by the desired program or Faculty

• Color Scan of Passport

• Application for Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

• Application for Accommodation

• Certificate of Health

• Evidence Letter confirming special support received at home university (*Only for applicants requiring physical or mental care)
