⭐Political Economy of the ASEAN–Russia Strategic Partnership⭐
The scholarship aims to develop professionals with expertise in economics, politics, and international relations who can contribute to strengthening the strategic partnership between ASEAN and Russia across the public sector, international organizations, private enterprises, and public policy analysis.
🧑🎓Two-year English-language Master’s Degree Program in Economics
(Specializing in Political Economy of the ASEAN–Russia Strategic Partnership)
📍 MGIMO University, Russia.
Successful candidates will receive:
✅Full tuition fee waiver throughout the program.
✅Round-trip airfare between an ASEAN member country and Moscow
(An inbound ticket at the beginning of the program and a return ticket upon successful completion of the degree).
👤Applicant Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a field relevant to the program.
- As the program is conducted entirely in English, applicants whose native language is not English must submit one of the following English language proficiency test scores:
- IELTS: Overall band score of 6.5 or above
- TOEFL
- CAE (Cambridge English: Advanced)
- CPE (Cambridge English: Proficiency)
- GMAT
- BEC Higher
- Basic Russian language skills are recommended but not mandatory.
- Successfully pass the selection process, which consists of a Portfolio Evaluation and a Professional Interview.

- Completed University Application Form.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV/Resume), including educational background, work experience, and other relevant achievements.
- Application Essay / Motivation Letter.
- Two Letters of Recommendation from academic referees or supervisors.
- Official Transcript(s) from all institutions previously attended.
- Copy of a valid English language proficiency test certificate (IELTS 6.5, TOEFL, CAE, CPE, GMAT, or BEC Higher).
- Copy of Passport.
- Apostilled and legalized Diploma certificate.
