The HSE Faculty of Law, as part of the BRICS Youth initiative, invites undergraduate and graduate
students, young legal scholars, and researchers from universities in the BRICS countries and partner
countries to participate in an international online conference organized by the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), the International Cooperation Centre (ICC), and the Scientific Activity Support Center (SASC).
🎯 Objective
- To promote the development of legal science and practice.
- To exchange of knowledge and experience among young researchers from BRICS countries and the group’s partner states, in order to achieve the priority goals, set forth in the organization’s summit declarations.
😊Target Audience
Undergraduate/graduate students, legal scholars, and young researchers from BRICS and partner countries.
- Participation is open as either a Speaker or an Audience/Discussant.

Format: Online via the MTS Link platform
Presentation Topics: Covers major legal issues and key agendas of BRICS, including:
- Private International Law and Dispute Resolution
- Digital law and the Legal Regulation of Technology
- Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Forensic Science
- Commercial law and investment
- Contemporary Issues on the BRICS Agenda (e.g., environmental protection, smart city development, etc.)
🚩Registration Deadlines

- Audience/Discussants: Register by October 21, 2026
