About the Scholarship
The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) offers scholarships for the academic year 2026–2027 for Thai students who wish to pursue studies from Bachelor’s to Doctoral levels in various fields of study.
Fields of Study
General Fields
Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral programs are available in the following fields:
• STEM Courses:
Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
• Non-STEM Courses:
All other fields including Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences, Political Science, Business, and others.
Exclusions: Medicine, Law, and Integrated Degree Programs.
Indian Cultural Studies
Fields related to Indian culture include:
• Dance
• Music
• Film
• Performing Arts
• Sculpture
• Indian Languages
• Diploma in Yoga
• Food and Nutrition
• And others
Applicant Qualifications
English Language Proficiency
• Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in English.
Age Requirements
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degrees: 18–35 years old
• Doctoral Degree: Not over 40 years old
• There is no upper age limit for Hindi, Sanskrit language programs, and all fields related to Indian performing arts.

Application Process
1. Submit the online application through the A2A (Admission to Alumni) Scholarship Portal
http://a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in/
2. ICCR scholarships are awarded only for study at universities/institutions listed and approved by ICCR.
The list of these universities and institutions can be found on the portal. Applicants are advised to review the information on the respective university/institution websites provided in the portal in order to select programs that match their qualifications.
