SUMMARY:Western Australian Premier’s University Scholarship Program
DESCRIPTION:The Western Australian Premier’s University Scholarship provides 10 successful students with a one-off $50\,000 scholarship towards their course fees and other university costs. \nThe Scholarship program is for high-performing international students to each of Western Australia’s 5 universities. Scholarships will be awarded to 2 successful international students at each of WA’s 5 universities each year to 2026\, providing for a total of 10 scholarships per year. \nProspective\, offshore international students must apply directly through their chosen university to receive this scholarship. \nWho is eligible\n\nInternational students must meet the eligibility criteria in the application form on their chosen university’s website.\nApplicants must be a new offshore enrolment into an undergraduate or postgraduate course (as specified by their chosen university) at one of Western Australia’s 5 universities.\n\nHow to apply\nStudents must apply through a written application process to be evaluated by their chosen university. This may include assessment of academic records\, responses to qualitative questions contained within the application\, and supporting documents provided with each application. \nTo apply\, students will need to visit their prospective university’s application page. DESCRIPTION:National Chengchi University (NCCU) offers graduate scholarship grants for the academic year 2024-2025 through the Office of Lo Chia-luen International Sinology Chair. The scholarship is for graduate students focusing on Sinology-related research topics. \nFinancial assistance: \n\nMonthly stipend: NTD 30\,000 for MA students\, NTD 50\,000 for PhD students.\nAward period: 3 to 6 months\, with two periods available.\nRecipients must conduct research at NCCU and receive a round-trip flight ticket.\n\nThe scholarship recipient is required to: \n(1)have a NCCU advisor during the award period \n(2)participate in academic activities conducted by NCCU \n(3)participate in International Graduate Lectures of Sinology NCCU \n(4)receive only this grant and no other scholarships from Taiwan during the award period \n(5)submit a final report by the end date of the award and attend the workshop to present the research results \n(6) acknowledge NCCU support in publications and agree to allow NCCU to use the publications in education promotion \nApplication deadline: June 1st\, 2024.\nRequired documents include an application form\, research plan\, CV\, university certificates\, recommendation letters\, and NCCU advisor consent letter.\n※Application： Please separate each document and send them to sinologynccu@gmail.com as PDF files with the following names：\n1.
